Tips
Good lighting for digital photography is essential. Take your photos in the best
lighting possible. Don't rely on the flash, it is only effective for a distance
of 10 feet, and using a flash too close to a subject will result in an image that
is hot or washed out.
Get close to your subject. A tight shot of a subject turns out much clearer than
a shot taken from a distance.
Keep the camera still. Request a tripod if necessary.
Check your photo right after you capture it. If it is not what you expected, delete
it and take it over.
Capture your images in the best quality possible (for this camera it's the "fine"
setting).
Don't use the picture effect tools. They may seem like a nice feature, but almost
every photo editing software package has them. It's always better to capture a
"pure"image and alter it later.
