Giere Audiovisual Center houses instructional media equipment used to view or listen to the Oesterle Library audiovisual collection. Visual enhancement equipment for the visually impaired is also available to patrons of the library.
Giere Audiovisual Center was established in 1974, and
was, "Funded by the Students, Colleagues and Friends of Eggert W. Giere,
1924-1969, Professor of Political Science 1954-69 and lover of learning."

Items shelved in Giere include videotapes, audiotapes, CDs, DVDs, and Curriculum Lab materials.
When using the equipment, please request headphones at the Circulation Desk so other patrons are not disturbed by the sound.
